Notting Hill Carnival

As BST represents the beginning of the festival and summer season, Notting Hill Carnival is a closing highlight. Celebrating Caribbean culture since 1966, this spectacular Carnival, bursting with colours and joy belongs to the best event of the season. The dancers in glittering and colourful costumes with feathers, music from music tracks and the genuinely happy atmosphere of this event make everybody follow the moves and dance throughout the whole neighbourhood.
When: Usually taking place at the end of August, Bank Holiday Weekend.
Distance from the hotel: better not to drive, you can walk 10-15 minutes to watch the parade.
